These terms govern the relationship between UEC and our clients. By accessing our services, you agree to these conditions. We are committed to transparent, fair interactions that protect both our business and our customers.

Users acknowledge that electrical work involves inherent risks. UEC provides professional services with utmost care, but clients must understand their responsibilities. All work performed adheres to Jersey electrical standards and UK regulations.

Liability for any service is limited to the direct cost of the work performed. We cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or consequential losses arising from electrical installations or repairs.

Intellectual property for all design work, quotes, and technical documentation remains the property of UEC. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

Dispute resolution will first attempt mediation. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction of Jersey courts. By engaging our services, you accept these terms as a binding agreement between UEC and the client.
